Schedule a free° Assessment + Workout. The assessment will begin with a 30 minute call to learn learn more about you, your training goals, and expectations. This session will also be an opportunity to learn more about trainwithdino and how we will custom tailor a plan to meet your fitness desires!

The 360° Assessment will continue with an in-person thorough analysis of your movement to help establish a fitness baseline- we use these results as a reference as we track your progress throughout our training session. Following the movement analysis, I will coach you through a fun sample workout that aligns with your training goals.
