All new and prospective clients will earn a free 30-minute consultation + intro workout training session. The purpose of the consultation is to learn about your training goals and expectations. This session will also be an opportunity to learn more about TRAINWITHDINO and how we will custom tailor programming to your fitness needs. We will also discuss past and current training status, injury and medical history, and additional current health considerations. The consultation will also include a movement assessment in order to develop a baseline of training metrics that will help guide your workout regimen programming. This will also provide a reference for future assessments so we can track your progress & gains! Once the consultation is complete, I'll send a proposed training plan to you. Upon commitment, I'll develop a specific regimen and we'll schedule our first custom personal training session.

I was a multi-sport athlete growing up but lost touch with athletics and competitiveness shortly following my school years. During this time, I became diagnosed with type-1 diabetes and experienced a traumatic experience that impacted my confidence and overall well-being. Adopting an active lifestyle during this chapter of my life kept me moving ahead and discovering a deeper passion in fitness motivated me to compete, push beyond my fitness limits, and manage my health better. As I invested more in my health, I grew inspired to empower others struggling through their own challenges. I started leading group fitness classes and personal training. Iโm also now pursuing a doctorate degree of Physical Therapy at Hunter College in NYC and I'm eager to further help others move better in their future.
